Surprise Visit from Nic

This weekend my cousin Nic showed up in Baltimore! Zach and I hung out with him in Baltimore for awhile, and then later that weekend he came down to DC. We spent hours walking around the Mall. We saw the Washington Monument (although it's kind of hard to avoid!), the Reflection Pool, the Lincoln Memorial, the WWII Memorial and the ones for Korea and Vietname. We walked around the Tidal Basin to the Jefferson Memorial. We visited the National Archives to see the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and our Constitution. Best news of the weekend: that whole side of the family will get together again in WI in the summer of 2010 for Nic's wedding! Wonderful!
